🚨 Celebrity spotting in Newport-on-Tay! 🚨

Today we welcomed comedian, broadcaster and Never Mind The Buzzcocks star Phil Jupitus into Fig & Fromage for a coffee.

Naturally, Phil was delighted when he got the chance to meet his long-time hero… Big Malcolm. 😎

Thanks for popping in, Phil! The coffee was excellent, the company was questionable, and Malcolm now has a new profile picture for the foreseeable future.

Well… it’s official.
Our brand new Fig & Fromage website is LIVE and we’ve already had one of our very first online orders winging its way across the UK 🚚
Huge thank you to the gentleman in Leicester who clearly believes that 14 packets of tomato ketchup crisps is the correct amount of tomato ketchup crisps. We agree.
Honestly, launching a new website as a small independent deli is a pretty big moment for us. The old website had years of history behind it, so starting fresh felt exciting, nerve wracking and brilliant all at once.
But seeing orders come through already means the absolute world to us.
So thank you for supporting independent business, small shops with big ideas, and our slightly chaotic office where coffee, admin and deli dreams all collide daily.
