It’s Men’s Health Week.
And yes, we know a lot of men aren’t exactly queueing up to ask questions about health, energy, stress, sleep, digestion or anything else that’s been going on in the background.
So here’s the no-fuss version.
There are plenty of simple things in the shop that can support everyday wellbeing, without needing a dramatic life overhaul or a long conversation at the counter.
For men doing physical work, gardening, walking miles, recovering from old injuries, or simply noticing that the body doesn’t bounce back quite as quickly as it used to, the basics can make a real difference.
Magnesium for tired muscles, tension and recovery.
Electrolytes for hydration, especially in warmer weather.
