The Market is an indoor weekend market in Newport, bringing together independent retailers, fresh produce, butchers, greengrocers, street food, a bar, live music and family entertainment.

We’ve got a full weekend of country-themed family fun coming to The Market!

🐴 Saturday from 11am — Barbie’s Pink Pony Club with meet & greets, arts & crafts, glitter tattoos and live performances from Fit For Your Princess.

🎶 Sunday from 11am — ease into the day with Sip & Symphony as Wayne Beecham gives his set a country twist.

💃 Then from 2:30pm Sunday, saddle up for Line Dancing with Ava — suitable for all ages!

Plus live music, market traders, street food, coffee and plenty more to make a day of it.

🤠 COUNTRY WEEKEND IS COMING TO THE MARKET!

We’ve got a full weekend of free entertainment, country music, food, drinks and family fun lined up this Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd August 🌵🎶

Saturday kicks off from 11am with Barbie’s Pink Pony Club, brought to you by Fit For Your Princess - think arts, crafts and entertainment with a country twist 💖

Then from 1pm, Coalfire Country takes over with live country music from Rebecca Richards, Joe Kelly and friends 🎸

On Sunday, ease into the day with Sip & Symphony from 11am, as Wayne Beecham brings a country twist to some musical theatre favourites 🎹

And from 2pm, Line Dancing with Ava - no experience needed, just bring your cowboy boots if you’ve got them and get involved! 👢

Plus, there’ll be pop-up stalls, fresh bread, local produce, the bar, street food and plenty more to explore across the weekend
