This is Ellie, who has been a valued member of our office team for 8 years!

Starting in an admin role, Ellie has progressed to Assistant Office Manager through her hard work and dedication. She is an integral part of the team, working closely with departments across both Corries and Knotts Bakery and supporting the day-to-day running of the business.✨

Ellie is always happy to help and her smile brightens up the office every day ☀️

When Ellie isn’t working, she loves to travel, and on one of her more recent trips she celebrated a very special milestone - getting engaged! 💍

We’re lucky to have her on the team - thank you for all your hard work, Ellie! 🌟
