Well, we’ve officially finished our first week at ettis and honestly… the response to our opening has been completely overwhelming 🤍
When we opened, we made a promise that our food would be fresh daily — and that is a pledge we will not break.
Our suppliers, bakers, butchers and dairies have all been working extra hard to help us keep up with demand, which is absolutely amazing. However, it does mean that we are sometimes at the mercy of our suppliers, and we can only apologise if we occasionally run out of something you wanted.
With this in mind, we wanted to make you aware that Mondays are the day our butcher, Gledhill’s, does not open.
Because we refuse to compromise on freshness, and we will not stock our counters on a Saturday with produce intended for Monday, some of the items that Gledhill’s make fresh for us daily will not be available on Mondays.
We completely understand this may be disappointing and we’re sorry, but freshness and quality will always come first at ettis.
All of your favourites will be back fully stocked from Tuesday onwards.
On Mondays, we will still have plenty to offer, including fresh bakes, sandwiches, sweet treats and coffee ☕🍰🥪
