The Canteen at Junction 24 is looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our friendly and established team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere, serving specialty coffee and delicious food made with locally sourced and sustainably conscious produce from across the South West.

👨‍🍳 What we're looking for:
✅ Positive, can-do attitude
✅ Team player who enjoys working in a close-knit environment
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Self-motivated and reliable
✅ Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
✅ Previous catering kitchen experience - training will be provided

📋 The role includes:
• Preparing and cooking food
• Serving customers
• Supporting private functions and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Completing daily kitchen records and checks
• Delivering exceptional customer service

🕒 Part-time and full-time permanent positions available Rotas are issued 3-4 weeks in advance, with varied shifts across our opening hours.

The Amicus Law Solicitors Bridgwater office is hosting a Charity Rounders Tournament in aid of Children's Hospice South West and local businesses are invited to get involved!

Whether you're a seasoned player or haven't picked up a bat since your school days, this is all about enjoying a great evening of friendly competition, networking and fundraising for a fantastic cause.

Looking forward to Trucks at J24 here on Sunday the 14th June. We are excited for the whole venue being used for a variety of trucks on display and various Junction 24 Craft Fair Saturday stalls inside our main hall including some inflatables for the kiddies.
This is going to be a huge event so we ask that the car park remain clear after the Saturday market so the trucks can set up.
