Thinking today of Les Brannan, who was laid to rest this morning.

A popular, well-known and long-standing trader on Northampton Market, Les was part of the fabric of our market community, and will be sorely missed.

Who's excited for at Northampton Market Square tomorrow?

Running from 1pm to 7.30pm, it's set to be a vibrant celebration of everything that makes our county unique.

Children can explore the pumpkin patch, embark on the Halloween trail, get their faces painted, enjoy magic shows and learn circus skills.

There'll be fabulous food and drink, battle re-enactments, live music, cultural performances and much more!

Come down to Northampton Market Square at 4PM today to watch the Women’s Rugby World Cup Final live on the big screen!

We’ll have a DJ spinning tunes, games for all ages, and local market stalls serving up tasty food and soft drinks.
