4 x Quick & Delicious Turkey Recipe Ideas (so your crown/breast stays juicy and tastes amazing)

1️⃣ Classic Roast Turkey Crown
• Rub with softened butter, salt, pepper & fresh thyme
• Stuff the cavity with orange quarters & a whole onion
• Roast at 180°C: 20 mins per lb + 20 mins extra
• Baste every 30 mins – golden, juicy perfection!

2️⃣ Festive Bacon & Cranberry Glazed Turkey
• Lay streaky bacon rashers over the crown
• Mix 3 tbsp cranberry sauce + 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Brush over the bacon halfway through cooking – sweet, sticky & incredible!

3️⃣ Garlic & Herb Butter-Injected Turkey
• Melt 100g butter with 3 crushed garlic cloves, chopped rosemary & parsley
• Use a flavour injector (or poke under the skin) – outrageously moist & fragrant!
