We deliver to Norwich by bike - same day. To Norfolk and Suffolk by van -next day . And to the rest of the UK by van also next day.
A collection service is also available.

Welcome to Rainbow Wholefoods. Our shop opened in 1976, which means we are one of the longest established wholefood shops in the country. Our customers tell us we are one of the best too. We’re a bigger concern than we were back then but we retain the same core values that we set out with.

WE HAVE MOVED OUR SHOP TO 4-6 DAVEY PLACE NORWICH
Its the pedestrian street between Norwich Castle and Norwich Market (where Jessops used to be).
After 17 very happy years in Labour in Vain Yard, 18 months planning, 7 months renovation work and 3 days of heavy lifting, we are finally in our new location.
We are able to go back to ordinary counter service and its lovely to have our customers and friends back in the shop (although we will retain Cash&Carry and Delivery services).
Do come by and say hello to us, we really hope that you will like our new shop.

CAFE PERSON REQUIRED

We are looking for a person or persons to own and run the cafe upstairs at our new Rainbow Wholefoods shop at 4-6 Davey Place, Norwich. We will be moving there (its the old Jessops store) from Labour In Vain Yard at the end of June 21.
The cafe, which has four big beautiful windows, will have around 25 covers.
It must be vegetarian and GM free. And it needs to be fun and charming.

Opening times are currently 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
