If you can't make it to our shop/don't have the time/or just don't want to get wet (very appropriate this week!) , we have a few options for you.

Click & Collect
If you're looking to shop with us but don't have the time then Click & Collect is for you. Order on our website, select Click & Collect and we will get your order packed up for you to collect at a convenient time. This service is free. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Local Deliveries
We offer deliveries via electric cargo bike for postcodes NR1 to NR7. The cost of this is just £2.99 or free for orders over £50. The deliveries will take place between Tuesday and Friday each week.
Deliveries will be made by Brett who previous customers may recognise from his time working for Zedify.
UK Deliveries
If you don't live in Norwich we can still help you on your plastic free journey. We offer UK wide deliveries via Royal Mail. Food will be packed into paper bags and liquid refills will be sent out in clean donated containers (squash bottles etc). Delivery is £3.99 or free for orders over £50.
We've recently updated our website www.ernieszerowasteshop.co.uk to make checkout and navigation a bit easier but please let us know if you encounter any issues. We've also added another 50 or so new products over the last few weeks so nearly everything we sell is now listed on our website.
