🍕 Homemade Pizza Recipe – With 50% Less Carbs!
Yes, this is real! We baked this exact pizza today using Slim and Smart Low GI Flour Mix – just check out the picture.
👉 The trick is simple:
Mix Slim and Smart Low GI Flour Mix 1:1 with regular flour. You get pizza dough with around 50% less carbs — but with the same great texture and flavour!
Ingredients for 2 pizzas:
150 g Slim and Smart Low GI Flour Mix
150 g regular flour
7 g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
200 ml lukewarm water (a bit more than usual — Low GI flour absorbs more liquid)
1 tbsp olive oil
How to prepare:
1️⃣ Mix the flours, yeast, and salt, add water and oil, knead until smooth.
2️⃣ Let it rise for about 1 hour.
3️⃣ Shape into pizza balls, add your favourite toppings: mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, veggies!
4️⃣ Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes.
