March and April are when our Apple Honey is harvested, as the bees forage on the blossoms of the apple orchards. I can honestly say it’s some of the finest apple honey I’ve ever tasted—light, delicate, and beautifully floral. A true reflection of Kashmir’s breathtaking landscape and short but spectacular spring.
