I was gifted two beautiful jars by The Coton Foundry Smokehouse , one smoked horseradish and one smoked Dijon.
Decided to test it out on a burger (of course); A fairly simple burger, with just cheese, lettuce and pickles and of course a big spoon of sauce.
First thing that cut through was that beautiful smoked hickory flavour, giving the burger a BBQ style flavour, then came the rich creaminess and spicy horseradish taste, though not overpowering or too spicy. I definitely recommend it, it would also go great with oily fish or any type of beef.
