Spring has arrived on the farm! Lots of exciting changes are underway creating lots of excitement and a very busy farm track! Plus farmer visits, office bake-offs, new products & bbq trials 🌾

📦Valentine’s Night In - The Ultimate Steak Sandwich 🥩❤️

Serves 2
- 2 x Eversfield organic rump steaks
- Ciabatta loafs, sliced and toasted crisp
- 2 garlic cloves
- thyme
- butter
- mustard & mayo mixed
- rocket
- red onion chutney
- peppercorn sauce
- onion rings on the side

HOW TO MAKE
- bring steaks to room temperature & season generously
- heat a pan till smoking hot, add butter, garlic & thyme
- fry steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for MR
- rest well
- Toast ciabatta until golden and crispy
- spread mayo mustard on base
- slice the rump and layer it on top
- finish with warm peppercorn sauce
