💚 A little help please…

What actually comes to mind when you think of The Little Green Platter Company?

We’ve realised recently that because we’re here every day, we probably don’t see the business how everyone else does.

Some people know us for catering and grazing tables.

Some know us for Board upstairs.

Others know us for our focaccia sandwiches, salads and soups.

Our aim has always been to bring great food, quality produce and things that are a little bit different to Orrell and the surrounding areas.

Today was a good example. We sold out of focaccia by around 1:30pm and ended up making a beautiful ham & Emmental baguette on one of James’ incredible artisan baguettes from Milestone Bakery, whilst Ashley made sure we’d saved him a Spicy Mother Clucker after missing out yesterday 😂

So we’re genuinely curious…

Inspired by everyone’s favourite patatas bravas. Roasted tomatoes, peppers, garlic and chilli blended into a rich, smoky Spanish-style soup with just the right amount of warmth 🌶️

Somehow it tastes like it’s packed full of chorizo… but it’s completely vegetarian and vegan friendly 🌱

Roast ham, truffle burrata, Parmesan, rocket and truffle oil. Simple, indulgent and packed with flavour.

🥩 PASTRAMI
Our take on a deli classic with sliced pastrami, Emmental, Dijon mayo and rocket. One of the sandwiches that people keep coming back for.

🥪 THE DELI STACK
Loaded with premium meats, cheese and all the good stuff. A proper deli sandwich and one of our best sellers.

Made using British flour and baked by a proper artisan baker with years of experience, it’s the foundation of every focaccia and sourdough sandwich we make.
