Good morning, Oswaldtwistle! It wasn't an easy 5:30am get up, one where I could have easily pulled the duvet back over and gone back to sleep for a few hours! The cold, dark mornings are definitely in the post...🏙️🌧️

We're busy restocking the counters after a busy day yesterday, thank you so much for keeping us busy and coming to help us celebrate our 20th birthday! 🥳

Minced lamb in a delicious blend of cumin, black pepper, paprika, ginger & garlic. They're prepared in an overproof & recyclable aluminium tray, just 30 minutes in the oven then turn out, slice thinly and serve on your favourite naan/pitta/wrap with your favourite toppings & sauce!! 🥙

🥂🥳 Cheers, to 20 Years! 🥳🥂

We're celebrating 20 years of YOSS this weekend! If you're popping in this weekend, we have a small gift as a thank you from us, to you, for helping us get to where we are today. We wouldn't be the business we are without each and every one of you. 🎁

We've survived recessions, a global pandemic (which closed our doors for 6+ months over the lockdowns, forcing us to adapt into what we are today), a shop move, and everything else in between!

Thank you also to our team, we've been blessed with the best over the years and although we're based on being a family business, we've had a few additions that aren't blood family, but definitely family by heart. So thank you to our amazing team - Josh, Julie, Daniel, David, Ellie, Jayne, Phoebe, Fred and Elaine for helping us make us the team we are today. And finally, thank you to our families - Jonathan supports me working long hours at home doing all the YOSS admin, and Martin's wife Louise keeps him in check at home like I keep him in check at work! Everyone is a cog in the mechanism that keeps YOSS ticking over and we are so grateful. ⚙️

BBQ Beef Melts - a beef burger mix with a melt in the middle BBQ sauce centre then rolled in a smokey BBQ crumb.

🍴 They're sold in an ovenproof tray, 30-35 minutes on a gas 5/180°. Cut into them for the smokey BBQ sauce to ooze out and enjoy!

Perfect for slow roasting and shredding then serving on naan bread with salad & garlic sauce, a healthier and cheaper "fake away!"

Available in the counter today - Buffalo Blue Cheese Bombs!! 🤩

Our Buffalo chicken burger, with a blue stilton melt in the middle sauce centre then rolled in a hot & spicy crumb. The crumb crisps up and the blue stilton sauce oozes out when cut into! 🤤

Fillet Tails - back in the counter today!! 🥩

The tail end of a fillet steak, they're cheaper than fillet (which we all know is a very expensive cut! 😳) yet still as tasty and tender. Certain jobs the fillet tails will do are:
