Here we are…not the usual cuts of beef that we have just different…BEEF CHEEKS are one of the tastiest cuts of beef available but it does require loads of cooking time best cooked in a slow cooker and BEEF HANGER STEAKS…these are classed as an alternative steak, cooked properly they are tasty and tender(more information on google)
