Here's a warm follow-up post that keeps the same community-focused spirit as the original:

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Sobell House Hospice fundraising challenge at Fraser’s Budgens Yarnton.

Following our team's 100-mile static bike challenge, we're delighted to announce that we have officially handed over a cheque for **£643** to support the incredible work of Sobell House Hospice. 🎉

Sobell House is a charity that means so much to our team and our local community. The care, compassion, and support they provide to patients and families is truly remarkable, and we're proud to play a small part in helping them continue their vital work.

This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the generosity of our customers, colleagues, friends, and community members who stopped by to donate, cheer us on, and encourage our riders throughout the day.

Meet your new obsession: white choc + raspberries + crunchy pistachio… Cookies😍🍪
Ingredients:
• 140g Jack’s White Chocolate, plus extra for topping
• 60g fresh raspberries
• 60g salted pistachios (no shell), plus extra for topping
• 15ml olive oil
• 100g unsalted butter, softened
• 110g packed light brown sugar
• 50g granulated sugar
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 190g all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• Pinch sea salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Finely chop your pistachios, then add in your olive oil. Mix until it forms a thick paste.
3. Break up your white chocolate into squares. Leave a handful to the side. Then finely chop the majority.
4. To a large bowl add your butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar.
5. Whisk very well till it forms a smooth paste.
6. Add in the chopped pistachios, 1 egg and the vanilla extract. Mix till you get a smooth paste.
7. Combine flour with baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to blend evenly.
8. Add it to the butter mixture and fold it in.
9. Add the raspberries and white chocolate chunks and fold them in very gently until evenly distributed.
10. Use a tablespoon to portion out 6 cookies and top with one square of white chocolate on each one.
11. Repeat again and top with crushed up pistachios.
12. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
