Bare with me this might be a bit long.
Paisley back in the day was a thriving town, when it was Glasgow bank holiday, people from Glasgow came to Paisley and Paisley would do the same when it was Paisley holiday. There were so many shops between the High Street and The Piazza and Arnotts it was great. Paisley pictures of the 80's.
It's 2026 and Paisley high street, breaks my heart if you need an outfit, toys for the weans or just wanting to spend time in Paisley, like we did as young people, Well people do not fear Browns Lane is near. Along with many others who are trying to bring Paisley back to life again.
Restoration and Creation and Browns Lane, we have handmade gifts, where local makers rent a shelf for their product I counted today there are 18 makers currently stocking in the gift shop. Then we have The Alice in Wonderland Room, which you can hire, and we hold Mad hatter tea parties there, we also have Generation X True Vintage a brilliant boutique, in the main building there are three floors, the bottom floor is vintage, curious, and a few retailers,
First Floor has eight retailers from ladies boutique, soft furnishings, alternative gifts and products, personalised gifts, perfume, scents, crocs badges, upholstery chairs and upcycled furniture.

So people of Paisley look further than the high street and you will find Paisley' s Hidden Gem.

As it's the holiday weekend, just thought to show you a selection of gifts you can get from Browns Lane , Paisley. SHOPPING, CHILLING, DRINKING. Have a great weekend. We have not managed to tag everyone, we also have Linda on the first floor, who does crystals and some really awesome alternative products and not to forget Folla who does African print bedding, cushions and curtains which are absolutely amazing.
