🧄🌿 Our Cheese of the Week; the striking Wild Garlic Yarg from Lynher Dairy in Cornwall. Deliciously bouncy, crumbly and creamy the cheese is carefully wrapped in aromatic wild garlic leaves. 6 weeks later the leaves have imparted a gentle garlicky buttery flavour. Enjoy this weekend with fresh pear and one of our crisp white wines 😋

We have a real treat in to complement the steaks and burgers on the BBQ this weekend 😎🥩🍗🧀 All the way from the Lombardy region in Italy, Blu di Capra is known as the goat’s milk Gorgonzola….it is rich, milky and sweet with a slightly sharp finish. Try it with our Pinot Noir or one of our delicious dessert wines🍷 Enjoy folks 😋

A new cheese for us this week…all the way from County Tipperary 🇮🇪🐮🧀😋 Toma No.5 is the fifth sibling in the family of Cashel Farmhouse Cheeses. It is a semi-firm cheese with an edible rind, tasting smooth, rustic and fresh with a creamy milkiness. Aged for between 6 to 10 weeks, it’s a delicious addition to a cheese board and is also a belter of a melter for a toastie!
