The herd live on open countryside at Oxspring, on the edge of the Pennines living mainly on grass and silage, with virtually no health problems. Come and try these excellent burgers, sausages, steaks and all the other cuts of meat at the following markets:

1st - Sunday of the month-Humber Bridge Farmer's market
2nd - Saturday of the month Pen*stone & Staveley
2nd - Sunday of the month Wentworth
