Role includes:
• Breaking down carcasses for retail and wholesale
• Preparing and laying out the daily display cabinet
• Serving customers and offering advice
• Answering calls and taking orders
• General butchery duties

We’re looking for someone who:
• Takes pride in their work
• Has strong butchery skills
• Is reliable and works well in a team
