The Bredon Hill Bread Company We make bread Much of the bread we eat today is bland and uninteresting and not neccessarily healthy. Our bread is Real Bread.

It serves as a platform for other food - jam; meat or salad. It is a food in its own right - though not only on its own. Our bread has substance, fine ingredients and depth of flavour. It lives long and is superb plain or toasted - some of our customers prefer it toasted all the time! We would love to tell you it is completely hand made - which it is at the moment, but unfortunately, the days are

too short and so we have bought a mixer to mix the bulk dough. After that, it is back to hand-made again. So you may even get a little extra filling or a bigger loaf than last time - Enjoy.
