We've got a great range back in stock, including smaller weight options, so there's something for every table:

We’re buzzing with excitement at Castors Pastures! 🐝 Yesterday we welcomed our very first honey bees to the farm! 🍯🐝
If the British summer stays on our side, the first batches of Castors Pastures honey should be ready toward the end of July!

Bringing bees onto the land does more than make honey. They help boost pollination, support stronger, more diverse pasture plants, and play a huge role in keeping our ecosystem healthy. It’s a small addition that makes a big difference to the land we care for.

A big thanks to Steve - the amazing bee keeper who will be looking after our two hives, named Blossom & Poppy 🌸

It was a privilege to be part of Morgan's Butchery Cuts & Countryside Field Experience today, guesting alongside

Hosted in The Stables at Wandlebury Country Park, we spent the afternoon celebrating British farming, local produce and countryside craftsmanship alongside people who appreciate amazing local farmers and producers 👨‍🌾

Our own chicken was served on the menu as:
Shawarma Castors Pastures Chicken - marinated in a shawarma spice mix cooked over open coal, paired with Breckland Orchard Ginger Beer with Chill 🤤

A big thanks to Morgans Butchery for having us & to everyone for listening to our farming story 🌿🐔

Some more improvements...

Firstly, thank you to everyone that has visited so far, I really appreciate it. I am constantly working to improve and I can now announce some improvements to the menu and service times.

The menu has been tweaked to make it more accessible. Instead of having designated Starters and Mains I have made it so that you simply order whoever you like whenever you like, small plates, larger plates and sides etc.

Sides have been removed from dishes (prices reduced accordongly) so that you can add the sides you would like and share with the whole table. This puts you much more in control of your dining experience and means you can share much more easily.

On the subject of sharing...
I have added some sharers (which mist be pre ordered when booking). A whole turbot, chicken and a Cote du Boeuf.

This menu will run Friday to Sunday (there will be no seperate Sunday menu).

Changes to Local Delivery:
🚚 Free Local Delivery – Now has a minimum order spend, which varies by postcode. This helps us keep the service sustainable while still offering free delivery to most PE areas.
Note - For our regular Farmers Market Shoppers, we also include post codes CB23 1 and CB22 7 with a £20 minimum spend.

If your postcode or order needs don’t quite fit the above, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help where we can.
