Dear Customer,

Dear Customer,
The shop will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, as will our fruit and vegetable suppliers. This means that Wednesday home deliveries will be in the afternoon and I'll be in the shop Wednesday morning 8 - 1:30.
I will be putting in an organic meat and poultry order in the next two weeks so do let me have your orders by 11 May.

Dear Customer,
Just a reminder: due to family commitments, the shop will be closed Thurs 23 - Tues 28 April inclusive. On Wed 22 April, the shop will be open 2 - 6pm after deliveries, so people can shop before my mini break.
There will be a delivery of new season English Asparagus on Tuesday, 21 April, so get your orders in now to avoid disappointment!

Two weeks to Easter weekend and these will be our opening hours:
Good Friday 10 - 2, Easter Saturday 8 - 2, Easter Sunday & Monday closed.
After Easter, we are going to experiment with late opening on Thursdays, so the shop will be open 10 - 7. Do let us know how this works for you.

Shop is open!! 6 March 2026
The shop will be open today Saturday 7 March and Monday 9 March after all. I had a puncture very early this morning on the way to Leeds Bradford Airport and so missed my flight. I was going to Mallorca to look after my granddaughter.
It's International Women's Day on Sunday and my sister Claire's birthday so I will be able to celebrate with her!
We have some purple sweet potatoes in the shop this week.
