After much thought and consideration over a long period of time, I’ve made the difficult decision to begin closing down Pickle Deli. 😢 There are countless reasons behind this choice, but ultimately, I feel that my time here has run its course, and it’s time for me to move on to new opportunities.
The past four years at the deli have been incredible. I’ve learned so much, gained invaluable knowledge, and—most importantly—met some truly amazing people. The connections I’ve made with other businesses and individuals across Plymouth will stay with me as lifelong friendships. 💛
The closure process may take some time as I look for someone to rent the space—so if you know of anyone, feel free to let me know! In the meantime, if the shop seems a little sparse, this is why.
It’s heartbreaking to say goodbye to my little shop, but I know this is the right choice for me. This isn’t a complete farewell; you’ll still see me around Plymouth, likely still involved in food in some way!
Thank you all so much for supporting me and believing in me over the years. Your love and encouragement mean the world to me.
