As part of our commitment to maintaining a high degree of Quality and Hygiene standards in all areas of our business, we have undertaken a major investment programme to enable us to retain our reputation as a leading supplier
within the food industry. In September 2008 we moved to a new purpose built facility incorporating the highest hygiene and food safety standards. We have full EEC approval by the FSA (Approval number 1008, Food Standards Agency), and have regular external independent audits in order to supply various large organisations. To further enhance our business we have adopted a Total Quality Management System, which is structured on the recognised standardisation systems to control business and food management. We specialise in cutting and preparing, to your specific requirements, low or high volumes of fresh meat and poultry. We are able to supply locally reared meat, supplied to us by Tottingworth Farms, Broad Oak, East Sussex. 28 day matured beef is available at all times. Orders are put together by our highly skilled team of butchers to the customers specification. We have a fleet of 5 refrigerated vans which deliver throughout East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. Orders are received by fax, phone or email and we can deliver most orders placed before 7am on day of delivery. As we are keen to help improve the environment we have also installed a thermo dynamic system to heat our water, solar panels to provide us with electricity and we recycle packaging, all of which help our environmental footprint.
