It's been the wrong time of year to add these to the shop but we are almost there and certainly worth the added work.

Two new dry agers to increase the visibility of the process and what produce we have for our customers.

Our all glass window cabinet has some lovely looking F1 Wagyu from . Because it's such a special product we have put the tops of beef in there alongside the usual primals for steak, plus we are aging the whole chuck and rib as are doing something special with the chuck for Christmas.

In the other ager we have all the primals from a couple bodies of beef from our usual supplier Lucy & Ed Hicks in Piling, just a few miles from the shop. These are Hereford & Blue Grey breeds.

*The ager where it all started is having a clean out today and we will be refilling it as always with ribs and loins of beef for your steaks.
