🔪🐑 A Proud Day for Mercer’s Traditional Meats! 🐑🔪

Our boss & owner, Mark Thomas Mercer, recently visited Blackburn College to teach a professional butchery class 👏

Mark spent the day showing the students how to properly break down a full lamb carcass, explaining the different cuts and the best ways to prepare and use each part 🔥🥩

From shoulders and racks to legs and loins, the class got a real hands-on insight into traditional butchery skills and the craftsmanship that goes into the trade 🐑🔪

It’s great to see the next generation learning proper butchery techniques and keeping the trade alive 💙

A massive thank you to Blackburn College for having us — hopefully the students enjoyed it as much as Mark did! 👨‍🍳👏
