You'd think I'd be sick of salads after making them and serving them all day, but apparently not.
Tonight's tea is Greek-inspired: crisp lettuce, fresh dill and parsley, green olives, heritage tomatoes, feta, lemon and olive oil.
Simple ingredients and a reminder that good food doesn't have to be complicated. After a busy day, this is exactly what I fancied.
