Egusi soup, but with a little shortcut 👀🇳🇬

We used Mama Buka Stew Pot as the base, then added blended egusi, crayfish, smoked catfish, kpomo and bitterleaf to bring everything together 🤤

Still rich, still comforting, still full of flavour - just without starting the pepper base from scratch.

And judging by the kids at the end… safe to say this one passed the test 😂❤️
