What a year 2025 has been, especially for our Butchery! Our catering family has grown to fantastic new heights, combined with an upturn in custom in our shop aswell! Our team has grown yet again as a result and we are all looking forward to see what 2026 brings for all of us. Thank you all for your incredible support and custom this year, with a special thanks to all our catering family (all worthy of a visit!)

Our Festive opening times are as follow

We are open until 1pm on Christmas Eve
We reopen on Monday 29th December at 9am
We are closed on 31st January from 2pm and reopen on Saturday 3rd January as normal

MEET THE TEAM
Say hello to Ashley, our Head Chef, and the BOSS —the one singing in the kitchen (he thinks you can't hear him) 🎶. Loves LOUD music, chocolate, golf, and fishing (though he doesn’t have time for the last two anymore).
He’s got a sharp sense of humour (sometimes too sharp), an amazing imagination in the kitchen, and… he flirts with delivery drivers ( yes Liz we all know about it Pengethley Farm Shop)😉. Drinks far too much coffee and pop and doesn’t lose his temper often—but when he does, expect a fireworks display in the kitchen!
Sofia is his harshest critic and the only one he listens to.
Fun quirks: dislikes roast dinner (even though he makes the best one around), slow drivers, and politics, confrontations and clearly his pictures being taken 😂.

Come for the food, stay for the entertainment! We promise we do let him out from the kitchen from time to time
