We’re delighted to be stocking a fantastic selection of East Coast Cured – an award-winning, family-run Scottish charcuterie producer with a passion for exceptional cured meats and celebrating the incredible produce Scotland has to offer.

🍄 Porcini & Truffle – a triple award-winning salami that’s rich, earthy and wonderfully indulgent. Made with dried porcini mushrooms, British white truffle oil and a splash of white wine, it’s packed with incredible depth of flavour.

Our planning application is in to reinstate the old Victorian awnings… we were granted permission last year for The Sulking Room but as it’s a listed building and very symmetrical in design we have been encouraged by the council to keep it symmetrical and it was therefore put in the planning permission as a clause that we must apply for the other shops. Lucky we own them… so now we are into the season we can afford to submit the planning application! When we can afford to instal the awnings if we get permission remains to be seen but we are now back in the Argyll & Bute planning process - now we wait… here’s an image of how it could look! ❤️🤗 your support and of course constructive feedback is always welcome as we continue to regenerate Duncan’s Halls!

It’s with Isle of Bute wild venison & Isle of Bute Coffee

Cowboy chilli was made from whatever the Cowboys of the western frontier had to hand… here on the Isle of Bute in Scotland Red & Roe deer are rife and because these wild herds have no natural predators they are sustainably managed by local Stalkers & Ghillies. Since to be a true cowboy chilli it is made from whatever is to hand our Ghillie Chilli includes two of our best local products - Bute Venison and Isle of Bute Coffee to really give more local depth to its flavour.

Our Shepherdess pie is made with amazing Scalpsie farm lamb from , slow cooked and smothered in creamy Maris Piper mash!
