Our last Steak & Cheese Masterclass at The Leamington Kitchen Company was packed with great conversation, butchery demo and tips, steaks cooked and shared around the island, plenty of cheese, and a glass or two of wine.

1. BBQ season is in full swing and we celebrated National BBQ Week with quite literally thousands of kebabs. Our butchers worked tirelessly to keep the counter stocked ☀
2. Heritage Beef Night at Grace & Vine - an evening of amazing food, delicious wine and lots of love for local independents
3. Pickle crisps - we're delighted that pickles are having a moment and these were a May bestseller (Fried Egg flavour also available...🍳)
4. Spoiled for gorgeous skies on Warwick Street during the heatwave
5. Supporting Oscars French Steakhouse & Bistro for their annual Spring Dinner - think asparagus, broad beans and succulent new season lamb!
6. So nice to have fresh blooms back in the shop, thanks to our friends down the road Sarah Horne Botanicals

We just love a visitor to the cheese shop! And it was a real treat to welcome Rose Grimond, founder of Nettlebed Creamery, for a tasting of their wonderful organic and award-winning cheeses, all made using milk from the family farm just outside Henley-on-Thames.

We’ve loved Nettlebed cheeses for years and we know many of our guests do too, so it was fantastic to spend time with Rose and hear more about the craft, care and experience behind the cheeses.

Our pick for the bank holiday weekend ahead? Highmoor - a gold medal winning washed rind cheese that is simply stunning at room temperature.
