The people of Leamington have certainly got behind moving onto Regent St, there target was £12,500 and with 22 hours still to go they have passed this. So if anyone out there still wants to support them check out their crowdfunded page on for some great ways to donate towards their big move. Regent St will be a better place for them being there, and will also help to support young families in the area. Well done we can’t wait to welcome you into the new space ❤️

Coming to 49 Regent St VERY SOON , it’s an exciting business that not only sells great coffee & wine. But also has a real community spirit around it, which will only get bigger when they have more space. Check them out and get behind the move.

The clock is ticking, we can’t wait for the lovely to bring this space back to life. Closing Regency Fish was a Big decision for us, but it’s being made easier knowing that Katie & Jamie are taking over the space and will bring a community space back into Regent St. We wish them all the look in the world, and I think this move will take to the next level! So be prepared, please follow and support them Leamington like you did Regeny Fish for all them years 🙏🏼

It’s out there now, Lola’s from around the corner in Augusta Place will be the new tenants of 49 Regent St. We have based our decision on who we wanted to take the space that Regency Fish occupied for so many years solely on the fact that we feel Lola’s is now, and will become an even bigger part of the community when they move just around the corner. The shop has had a full refurbishment, and feels perfect for both Lola’s and ourselves for this move to happen. I hope that Leamington gets behind this move, and supports Katie and her family to make this space a big part of the community for Leamington families to enjoy. I am looking forward to the opening day, and seeing the doors back open of 49 Regent St 🙏🏼

We have had an overwhelming response to both new business and existing business that want to take over the space at 49 Regent St. It is very important to me personally to get the right business into the space for both myself and Leamington Spa, I feel the decision we have made will do that. I am excited to see this space come back to life again, after 5 months now of being closed. We will reveal in the next 24 hours who is moving in, and look forward to seeing 49 Regent St once again with its door open.
