🌟It has returned!!🌟
This unpasteurised semi soft cows milk cheese has a smooth creamy texture but deep flavours. A layer of ash traditionally separates the morning and evenings milking giving its characteristic stripe in the centre. Grab some while you can.. 🧀❤️🧀

Our 30 months matured Parmigiano Reggiano is made by a small producer in the Parma Appennines. It has a savoury and intense flavour, carrying notes of nutmeg and roasted nuts. Suitable as either a table cheese or for grating and cut in store to your preferred weight. This is serious stuff!!
