Well it's been a bit of a year for us this year first judging the carcass at the winter fair at bingley hall for me then this week Nigel coles judging at Bridgenorth Christmas fat stock show and bringing home another 1st prize beast hanging ready for all our lovely customers it's been a busy Christmas start to the season but we do it for you all to enjoy 😊

Good evening ladies and gents a bit of a big post for me I was honoured to be invited to be the judge of the carcasses at the Staffordshire winter fair this year so with that I've had to spoil my lovely customers 😁
We have the reserve champion 🏆 beast
2nd prize lamb 🏆
Also 3rd and 4th place native lamb 🏆🏆

The job role is for a small traditional butchers shop

Part time can be discussed or
Full time Tuesday to Saturday 7-5.30 (with the exception of wednesday 7-2)

A person of good character that are good working with staff and customers

Experience needed:
Full carcass breakdown
Sausage making
Customer service
