🍴 A proper local plate, made with proper local ingredients!
Huge thanks to The Wight Chef by Ian for showcasing some fantastic produce from DW Jarvis Family Butchers. Using our quality bacon alongside fresh duck eggs, Ian created a delicious homemade quiche Lorraine served with seasonal salad, new potatoes and sweetcorn.
It's always great to see talented local cooks making the most of the amazing ingredients available right here on the Isle of Wight. That quiche looks absolutely spot on! 👌
