* Extremely low food miles

A whole box includes:

2 Shoulder - whole or half
2 Leg - whole or half
Barnsley chops (5 per lamb or 10 loin chops)
Cutlets - 14-16
Chump steaks x 4
Rolled breast x 2
Mince made with offcuts
Offal on request

Other cuts which are available but cost an extra £17 would be:

Racks of lamb
Boneless joints of legs, shoulder & loin
Burgers
Sausages
(The meat for these are used from your lamb box, the extra cost is the butchering on the extra cuts)
