Just 24 hours until we kick off our 1st Health and Wellness Day. We have a wonderful programme for the day with talks and demonstrations throughout the day. We have food from Shanti Pantry&Kitchen , coffee from Ts & Cs, music from Bob Primmer & Zoe Neill. If thats not enough to tempt you, if you are one of the 1st 50 visitors you will receive a goodie bag with some beautiful treats just for you!
