We are based in Saltburn.Our cake is made of light sponge cake ''Chiffon ''(chiffon cake is a cross between an oil cake and a sponge cake) A chiffon cake is a very light cake made with vegetable oil, water/milk ,eggs, sugar, flour, and flavorings.Filled with delicious fresh cream and decorated with fresh cream and season fruits or chocolate garnishes. As the cake is made by fresh

cream,different from the butter cream,the cake need to be stored in fridge,not suitable to leave it in warm room temperature for long time, the cream will melt. Best to consume the cake in two/three days. Prefer own pick up or there will be fuel charges for local delivery. Ours price list for the'' round cake '' is from £10
