Freshly Made Ready to Bake Sausage Rolls

Golden, flaky puff pastry wrapped around our delicious sausage meat.

Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, until crisp and golden, or for an extra flaky pastry, Air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

OUR BRAND NEW DRY AGEING CABINET! 🤩

So what does it actually do to our meat?

Dry aging is a process where our premium cuts of meat are stored in a carefully controlled environment over time. The temperature, humidity, and airflow are all precisely managed to allow the meat to naturally tenderise and develop deeper, richer flavours which means our amazing steak will become even better!

⏰ Time = More flavour 🥩

The science behind it, As the meat ages the natural enzymes break down the muscle fibres making it more incredibly tender to eat. At the same time, moisture slowly evaporates, concentrating the flavour into a more bold, nutty, premium restaurant quality taste.
