Huntriss Row works are finally finished!! They started relaying the road about 10 weeks ago and it's finally all finished. We have the patio seating reopen just in time to capture some of this beautiful sunshine and you better believe we got some summery specials and bakes goin on here too so come see us!! 🙌🙌

The shelves are stocked ready for the weekend. Our latest release from Peru is now up on the website. It’s been available in stores for a couple of weeks but only just gracing the website. This is a washed coffee with balanced cocoa, malty notes and a lovely sweetness.

Our chefs are in the process of developing a new menu so expect to see more delicious things like our recent specials.

I'm back with some super fun updates for summer '26. It's bank holiday Monday and I reckon summer starts NOW 🌞 so here we go...

Starting today we've made 2 big changes to our FVR Guild (loyalty scheme). If you haven't done already make sure you sign up online (just hit Rewards on the front page at forgevalleyroasters.com)

1) FVR TRAIL: If you visit each of our locations (The Kitchen, Waterside and Brew Bar) then we'll give you half-price on your next, entire coffee beans order online!

Scarborough doesn't offer enough fresh fish when dining out. We're going to be the change we want to see! The menu for this May is a beautiful celebration of the Spring to Summer transition and we think it's a real showcase for what this stunning part of the country produces.

Of course we will be calling upon Alex from Betton Wines, East Ayton, again to help us with another sumptuous wine pairing. You can add this to your booking for the full experience at just £20 per head, and this includes a different wine for every course.

This bank holiday weekend Alex has sourced you some East Coast Cod loin which is being pan fried with a fresh mussel veloute and it's served with samphire, leeks and Jersey Royal potatoes.

Absolutely wonderful with a glass of Te Merio Sauvignon Blanc, or if you are feeling bold try it with an Iced Americano or Cold Brew over lunch. The bright acidity of the coffee will mimic a white wine here and cut through that buttery veloute beautifully, highlighting the natural fruitiness of the coffee 👌
