All the strawberries and raspberries produced by the farm are sustainably grown and hand-picked! A long and arduous task in the British weather, but thankfully one that is undertaken undercover, offering protection from UV and UVB rays.
Topped up with lots of suncream, hats, and refreshments, each team member is able to pick around 800 punnets per day. Grown in Hampshire soil, each bite offers a burst of fresh sweetness and makes a delicious addition to almost any meal. šŸ“

Our Hereford cows roam freely in our secure pastures, indulging in the lush greenery of our fields. Even in the winter months, when they come into the barns, they feast on silageā€”preserved grass harvested right from our farm. This is the natural diet they thrive on.

Are you looking for a new vibrant side dish? You're in luck. New in this week you'll find homegrown green and yellow courgettes - below is a recipe to make a colourful side dish.

Soy marinated courgette salad:
1 green courgette
1 yellow courgette
3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped / crushed
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp runny honey
chilli flakes - to taste.

Simply add all of your store cupboard ingredients into a bowl and mix well to create your dressing. In a separate bowl ribbon your courgettes, pour over the dressing and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes - the longer the stronger the flavour.

Then enjoy with a protein of your choice, you'll find our fridges and freezers stocked with a wide variety of meat or fish to accompany.
