Many of our products are sourced from amazing local suppliers providing some of the best produce that Sheffield & the surrounding area has to offer.

There are a few kids who have been a bit obsessed with the colour of our eggs, and in particular the blue ones. Here is the hen that lays a blue egg. This week out of 480 eggs we had just 3 blue eggs! Will you be one of the lucky ones to get a blue egg? First person to post a photo of a blue egg from us wins a bag of Crew Deck Fudge!!

We have created a table full of adult snacks, with olives, salami, crackers as well as self serve olive bowls. There is also a pasta cookbook with some delicious recipes to try.

More information about Knab Kids Club. If you sign up, you get 1 point for every pound spent on the kids collection and 20% discount on fruit between 3-6pm. At the end of the month we will do a draw and give a prize! All to encourage healthier eating

We have a new delivery of curries, so plenty to choose from, and we also have bhajis and samosas to go with them! Time for a curry night! **r

We have various deliveries coming in today, such as milk from , meat from , curries from East west, and bhajis from . We also have a question, as we have had some requests for sourdough earlier in the week, although we usually only sell Thursday Friday Saturday. Let us know if you would buy sourdough earlier in the week.
