Red peppers = vitamin C powerhouse (more vit C than oranges 🍊)
Vitamin C helps:
* Stimulate white blood cell production
* Strengthen immune defenses
* Shorten duration of infections
Red peppers are also loaded with antioxidants, vitamin A, B6, folate and gut-loving fibre 🥗
The best way to eat them? Raw in a yummy salad or as a snack for maximum vitamin C consumption! We also love them roasted, stir fried or in soup 🥣
