Strong immunity starts with what you eat 🌿 this week we are going to share our favourite immunity boosting fruits and veggies 🥗

Starting with the sweet sweet red pepper ❤️

Red peppers = vitamin C powerhouse (more vit C than oranges 🍊)
Vitamin C helps:
* Stimulate white blood cell production

* Shorten duration of infections

Red peppers are also loaded with antioxidants, vitamin A, B6, folate and gut-loving fibre 🥗
