Every country has its food debates.

But here in Britain, one question seems to divide opinion more than most…

What makes the perfect cheese sandwich?

Is it thick-cut bread or something softer?
White, malted, sourdough?
Butter or no butter?
Pickle, chutney, tomato… or nothing at all?

One thing we can all agree on though - a slab of Barber's cheese makes a very strong starting point - and why not our deliciously tasty Coastal?
