Great Berwick Organics Spring Soirée 🍃

Our wonderful Guests!

We can’t believe it’s been a week since our first Soirée in the Farmhouse on the Great Berwick Organics Farm!

The sun shone, our guests chatted, ate, took in the beautiful views, gathered round the table and shared a delicious feast at our communal table all courtesy of the amazing Steve The Hungry Guy

We will share some of the delicious feasting menu and all our amazing suppliers in the coming days but for now, thank you to all our guests for joining us and we can’t wait to share more information on our Summer Soiree!

Foggy Mornings at the farm!

But these girls do not mind a bit, they are settled into their new outdoor home and look in forward to the Spring sunshine coming back! ( I think we all are! )

Fun fact! Did you know we have been farming on this land since 1949? So your support to us and other local farmers / producers is as ever, as important and appreciate as always!

Today, on this beautiful, sunny, fresh March day, this group of girls are finally back out into the fields after a cold winter bedded down!

And what a site it is to see!

The daffodils have sprung and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky!

The perfect day!

Don’t forget we are in the square this Friday at the Shrewsbury farmers market! 9am - 4pm!

Nothing more beautiful than our beef paired with seasonal produce. As we come into the Spring season we are excited to see more lighter produce paired with our Beef, spring vegetables, broths, herbs and salads..

We can’t wait to share more recipes soon but couldn’t not share this gorgeous plate of produce alongside our delicious beef!

Another busy week at Great Berwick for the team!

Whether it’s an order for a restaurant, prepping orders for customer delivery, or butchery prep, our office may be closed but our butchery and shop is busy and ready to go!
