📣 The return of the king. THE NEW YORK ONE is BACK! 📣

Over the next few weeks, I thought I would revisit some of my favourite specials we've ever done (if you've got one you'd like to see again, drop it in the comments and you never know...).

And where else to start down memory lane than the first ever special we did, our take on the famous New York deli sandwiches. Beautiful slices of pastrami. Emmental cheese. Dill pickles. Rocket. Mayo. And American mustard. All on freshly baked rosemary and sea salt focaccia!

Oh and to take it up a level? This time you can have it grilled! So pop in this week (except Wednesday, we're closed on Wednesday), but Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and grab yourself a slice of NYC.

🍕 IT'S TIME FOR A PIZZA PARTY AT SKIPTON DELI 🍕

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you combined a pizza, a crust dipper and a sandwich? Well, I have, and so I've created two new specials that are just that!!

THE PEPPERONI PIZZA ONE. A grilled focaccia filled with homemade pizza sauce, homemade 'nduja aioli, sliced pepperoni, melting fior di latte mozzarella, pickled chillies and a drizzle of hot honey.

THE MARGHERITA PIZZA ONE. A grilled focaccia for the veggie pizza lovers among you filled with homemade pizza sauce, homemade pesto, melting fior di latte mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

These two specials are UNREAL. So much flavour. Sort of pizza. Sort of grilled sandwich. Your new favourite!

🇪🇸 ¡INTRODUCING THE SPANISH TAPAS ONE! 🇪🇸

Our latest special is our tribute to Spain, tapas and summer holiday vibes.

It's full of sliced Chorizo Iberico, manchego cheese, roasted red peppers, rocket and a beautifully smoky paprika mayonnaise. It's a proper fiesta on your taste buds!

It's so good, I think it'll be one of the most popular specials we've ever done. So don't miss out! Available from tomorrow!

📣 NEW MENU LAUNCHING TOMORROW 📣

I've been planning and tweaking this for months, and it's finally ready to share with you all. I wanted a menu that better reflected the choice or stuff we now offer. So you've got a grilled sandwich section. And a pain de mie section. As well as the focaccias and salads.

There are also two NEW sandwiches joining the menu. THE SALAMI HOT HONEY ONE (Salami Milano, Salami Napoli, provolone, seasoned tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, homemade 'nduja aioli and a drizzle of hot honey 🔥). As well as THE ITALIAN HAM SALAD ONE on pain de mie (mortadella, provolone, seasoned tomatoes, cucumber, rocket and mayonnaise 🇮🇹). And the classics have been tweaked too, including a new smoked peach and jalapeño seasoning in the vinaigrette of THE PEPPERONATA ONE, and sun-dried toms taking THE BOLOGNA ONE to the next level!

We have had to take the decision to increase prices in a few areas, due to rising costs with all our suppliers, however, we've also cut prices across a load of sandwiches too, so it's actually cheaper than ever to get a great sandwich at Skipton Deli.

I'm really proud of this new menu, and I can't wait to see you all to try the new sandwiches and the improved classics asap!

📣NEW SPECIAL INCOMING 📣

This is THE CLUB SANDWICH ONE! I've taken some roasted rosemary and thyme chicken thighs, added some Bavarian black forest ham, and some emmental cheese, and finally topped off with seasoned tomatoes, shredded romain lettuce and homemade aioli.

Spring is finally here this week and this is just pure spring vibes. It's fresh, it's zingy and everyone will want to be a member of this club. It would be stunning toasted but it's amazing fresh too.

Available until Saturday, so make sure you come and grab one while you can!
