We have a full professional set up with trained staff.
We have catered to parties in the excess of 150 plus people but many have been on a small scale so we are very flexible when it comes to the amount of people you have attending.

These events are designed around the customer, simply tell us the number of guests and the products you require us to make as all products are hand made and prepared fresh in store.

HERE ARE OUR OPENING TIMES FOR THE BANK HOLIDAY JUBILEE WEEKEND.

MONDAY 30TH MAY- CLOSED.
TUESDAY 31ST MAY- 10AM-5PM.
WEDNEDSAY 1ST JUNE- 10AM-5PM.
THURSDAY 2ND JUNE- 9.30AM-2.30PM.
FRIDAY 3RD JUNE- CLOSED.
SATURDAY 4TH JUNE- 9.30AM-2PM.

we are asking customers to please place pre orders with us by the 31st of May as this will be out last available delivery until the following week.

Stock levels will be limited and we will only be operating on a first come first serve basis if no pre orders are placed.

With the idea of pre orders we hope this way we can fulfill full requests and make sure that everyone is looked after.

We hope this hasn't caused any issues and thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding.

I know Easter is looming and lamb is all the rage and certainly the traditional roast, but after a very pleasant session of breaking down and portioning this beef roaster joint I can say lamb will officially be off my menu, dry aged rib of beef YES PLEASE.

It's our apprentices's Toby birthday on Sunday and as we are closed on that day please wish him a happy 18th birthday. He has had lots of cakes and goodies and happy he can now buy a drink in a public house.

Another wonderful evening butchery class last night.

We have ran 4 of these so far and the response we get everytime is worth it's weight in gold(or in this case meat lol). They truly are great fun with lots of laughs, meat and food provided.
